As a vendor on Digixels Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration and Account
To upload and sell items, the vendors need to register an account with the platform. During registration, it is mandatory to provide actual and comprehensive information. False and incomplete information cannot be allowed at the time of registration as well.
Uploading and Selling Items
Currently, there are no listing fees and vendors have the opportunity to upload an unlimited number of digital items. Offers can be free or premium goods. All the items should be unique and not violate copyright legislation.
Commission and Payments
The Digixels Art takes 5% commission on every sale. Payment will be done through PayPal or via bank transfer. The withdrawal processing fee is $2 and the minimum withdrawal amount is $50.
Intellectual Property
Most vendors maintain the ownership of their digital goods. In uploading the items, the vendors convey to Digixels Art the rights of display, marketing, and sale of the same.
User Conduct
The vendors cannot post any materials that are detrimental, obscene, or unlawful to the website. Digixels Art also retains the right to delete any content which infringes these terms and conditions.
Account Termination
It is also important to note that the vendors have the right to close their account at any given time they wish. Any violation of the terms that are stipulated earlier may lead to termination of an account by Digixels Art.
Changes to Terms
In accordance with these terms, the Digixels Art reserves the right to edit or delete content which violates these terms. This arrangement also suggests that vendors have the freedom to cancel their account at any time. The terms and conditions herein are subject to change by Digixels Art at any time. Such changes shall be communicated to the vendors and any continued use of the platform shall be presumptive to agreement to new terms.
